It covers critical sectors including education, agriculture, governance, infrastructure, and energy.<\/p><p>The Federation led the full development of the roadmap in coordination with the Guinean government and oversaw the implementation of its initial phases under a formal partnership. The project included restructuring internal processes, implementing digital systems to support decision-making, and improving coordination between government units. The project aims to build a national system for the management and storage of government data, which ensures the protection of information and provides a secure and reliable digital environment that supports the digital transformation process in various government sectors.
