This presentation was made in partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the Department of Communication and Information Technology Development at the League of Arab States, and the Arab Organization for Information and Communication Technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25575\" src=\"https:\/\/arab-digital-economy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Picture2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">An innovative working mechanism based on artificial intelligence<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The presentation explained that the platform employs a sophisticated technological system to standardize the presentation of investment opportunities through a unified model consisting of nine main tabs covering all aspects of the project: technical, financial, and legal. The platform also utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to analyze input data and generate &#8220;smart summaries&#8221; that help assess project feasibility and match them with potential partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">International partnership to ensure quality<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"\" dir=\"auto\">Within the framework of governance and quality assurance, the presentation highlighted the pivotal role of partners, both in providing impartial professional opinions and evaluating project &#8220;smart summaries&#8221; before presenting them to investors, and in mobilizing international resources for investment, financing, and technical support, thus enhancing the credibility of Arab projects in the eyes of international bodies. The presentation emphasized that the initial operational phase will focus on activating international partnerships to leverage technological expertise and available investment opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25576\" src=\"https:\/\/arab-digital-economy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Picture3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"288\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\"><span class=\"\" dir=\"auto\">Secure and controlled data erasure path<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The Assistant Secretary-General noted that the platform gives top priority to information security and national sovereignty, as in its initial stages it relies on presenting \u201cbrief summaries\u201d of investment opportunities, and full details are not disclosed except after signing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and obtaining the approval of the authorized government official.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Future steps<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The presentation concluded by referring to the launch timeline, with full operation scheduled to begin, receiving applications from countries and training government teams during January and February 2026.
