The Arab Federation for Digital Economy has issued a brief book under the title: \u201cAfter the huge budgets, have the digital transformation projects achieved their goals?\u201d It was written by Dr. Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Advisor to the Council of Arab Economic Unity, and President of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy.<\/p>\r\n<p>The book analyzes the current situation of digital transformation projects in Arab governments, the four stages of transformation in the government system, and the most important obstacles and challenges that impede the process of development and progress.
