The Arab Federation for Digital Economy launches the “Future Business Leaders” program in partnership with Cairo University and the Association of Arab Universities

The Arab Federation for Digital Economy announced the launch of the “Future Business Leaders” program, an ambitious initiative that aims to prepare and qualify a new generation of business leaders capable of leading the digital transformation and promoting economic and social development in the Arab world. This initiative comes in partnership with Cairo University and with the support of the Association of Arab Universities .

The program targets Arab university students, providing them with a unique and distinctive opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge and practical skills in the fields of digital transformation and business management. It also focuses on providing participants with the latest tools and technologies that enable them to achieve leadership and innovation in various economic fields.

The program, offered by Cairo University and sponsored by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, is an integrated educational platform that includes seven semesters with a total of 40 educational hours. The program addresses a number of basic axes that have been carefully designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs in the Arab region, including:

  1. Business Basics: Learn about market concepts and business management.
  2. Leader Qualities and Abilities: Developing the leadership and personal skills necessary for success.
  3. Small Business and How to Build It: Strategies for Starting and Growing Small Businesses.
  4. Generating innovative ideas and studying their feasibility: Training participants to think creatively and analyze the economic feasibility of new ideas.
  5. Strategic Planning and Business Plan Preparation: Learn planning techniques and develop effective business plans.
  6. Project establishment and preparation for operation: practical preparation for launching projects.
  7. Project Management Professionally: Operations Management Techniques and Achieving Sustainable Success.

For his part, His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadek, President of Cairo University, stated: “We are pleased to offer this program through Cairo University, one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the Arab world, as we believe that investing in youth is the key to progress. The program aims to provide students with practical knowledge and entrepreneurial skills, and helps them transform their ideas into successful projects that contribute to the growth of the local and regional economy.”

He stressed that the “Future Business Leaders” program reflects Cairo University’s vision of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship as key drivers of development. He added: “We are proud of our partnership with the Arab Federation for Digital Economy in this initiative, which we see as a real opportunity to unleash the energies of young people and achieve their aspirations in the business world.”

 

In this context, His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, stressed the importance of the program, saying: “The ‘Future Business Leaders’ program represents one of the steps towards empowering Arab youth and qualifying them to enter the digital labor market with a competitive and creative spirit, and building a promising future for the Arab region. Through this initiative, we aim to prepare a new generation of leaders capable of facing the challenges of the digital age and contributing to the development of the Arab economy with modern skills and innovative visions, to become future leaders who lead positive change in the economies of their countries.”

 

“This program comes from the Union’s vision to enhance the pioneering role of Arab youth in supporting the digital economy and sustainable development. Through this program, we aim to build a network of qualified entrepreneurs to transform ideas into tangible projects that serve the goals of sustainable development in the Arab world.” He added: “We look forward to this program being a model to be emulated in cooperation between higher education institutions and economic organizations to support the vision of the Arab digital economy.”

 

For his part, Professor Dr. Moataz Sayed Abdullah, the program coordinator, stressed the importance of the educational content provided by Cairo University: “The program was carefully designed to include key topics such as business fundamentals, generating innovative ideas, and strategic planning. We aspire to provide participants with the skills needed to build sustainable projects and manage them professionally, which enhances their role in achieving economic and social development.”
