The Arab Administrative Development Organization has issued a new book entitled “Digital Government: Concepts and Practices”, authored by Prof. Ali Mohamed Al-Khouri, Advisor to the Council of Arab Economic Unity, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation for the Digital Economy in the League of Arab States. The book sheds light on the most important dimensions of government digital transformation, which the new global reality imposes on our societies.

At this important time, the new book presents the general frameworks and main concepts for designing and developing service systems based on value creation and socio-economic growth, which maximizes the benefit achieved by digital transformation in the societies of the region, so that the book becomes an important reference for the Arab economic library.

It is worth noting that A.D. Ali Mohamed Al-Khouri is one of the world leaders who think and influence in the field of development, digital transformation and strategic planning. He was ranked in 2018 among the 100 most important international figures who contributed to the development of e-government applications worldwide, as he was ranked 23 as the only Arab figure in the ranking He has more than 140 scientific publications.
