Under the patronage of His Excellency Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, the General Secretariat of the Arab League and the Arab Union for the Digital Economy will organize the “Arab Digital Economy Forum” at Expo 2020 on Sunday, February 13, 2022.

This event is part of a series of knowledge initiatives emanating from the “Arab Vision for the Digital Economy” announced in Abu Dhabi 2018, an initiative aimed at developing the foundations of the digital economy in the Arab region.

A large number of government officials and experts in the Arab region, as well as representatives of international organizations from the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, Harvard University, and ESCWA, will participate in the forum’s sessions.

The main themes of the working papers at the forum will address the Arab Digital Agenda project supervised by the Arab League, highlighting some of the most important digital transformation projects in the Arab region, and global trends for sustainable development and digital transformation in the e-learning and e-commerce sector.

The Arab Federation for the Digital Economy also announced that during the forum sessions, valuable prizes will be distributed by lottery to the attendees.

You can register to attend the conference by sending your name and occupation data and a copy of your identity card or passport to the e-mail: ade-forum@arabfde.org, or visit the website of the Arab Union for Digital Economy.
