The Arab Federation for Digital Economy discusses the launch of the multi-dimensional digital economy application platform

In a meeting that included the most prominent federations and organizations operating under the umbrella of the League of Arab States, its officials discussed the implementation of an international platform for the multidimensional digital economy. The platform aims primarily to provide a digital environment to link commercial institutions in the Arab region with countries of the world in terms of buying and selling services, tenders, auctions, insurance services, financing and freight forwarding (land, sea and air) in order to enhance the security of the smoothness of global commercial activities and maximize efficiency and logistics and to spread and activate the digital transformation in the Arab region .

The meeting brought together senior officials from the Arab Union for Digital Economy, the Union of Arab Banks, the Arab Organization for Information Technology (Tunisia), the General Arab Insurance Union (Egypt), the Global Alliance for Logistics (GCEL) and officials from the League of Arab States.

This meeting comes in the context of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Arab Union for Digital Economy, the Union of Arab Banks and the Global Logistics Alliance at the end of 2021.
