The “Apollotical” research institute classified His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohamed Al-Khouri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, is among the list of the 100 most influential and influential figures in digital governance in the world .

Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, offered his sincerest congratulations to Dr. Engineer Ali Mohamed Al Khouri on this selection, stressing His Highness that he is a world-class Emirati competency.

His Highness tweeted on Twitter: “I congratulate my brother, Dr. Ali Khouri, son of the Emirates, for being chosen among the list of 100 international personalities who contributed to the development of digital government applications worldwide… A world-class Emirati competency.”

The Foundation stated that Al-Khouri previously held the position of Director General of the Emirates Identity Authority, a position in which he worked to establish a culture of innovation and high efficiency of employees, as it indicated that he had implemented with complete success the government strategies for registering the state’s residents, and establishing an effective infrastructure for identity management, which supports the directions of Digital governance and the digital economy.

She added that the Emirates Identity Authority won many government awards during his tenure, including the United Nations Public Sector Award, and that Al-Khouri had previously been ranked among the most influential figures in digital identity during 10 years by the 10th International Conference on International Identity in France in 2011.
