The organization of the conference comes within the context of the “Arab Vision for the Digital Economy Project,” which was announced in Abu Dhabi in December (2018), with the generous support and sponsorship of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect and preserve him, and was approved at the Leaders’ Summit. The Arab Conference, which was held in Algeria (2022), and the “Seamless Middle East 2024” Digital Economy Technologies Conference and Exhibition is considered the largest conference and exhibition in the Middle East on digital economy topics, with more than (500) speakers participating in (200) sessions and lectures. More than (25) thousand officials from the public and private sectors, representing more than (5) thousand institutions, with the participation of more than (5) thousand participants from outside the country.
The conference launched the updated version of the “Arab Digital Economy Index 2024”, the initiative of the Arab and Islamic Center for Joint Scientific Research (Hikma), in partnership with the British Institute of Technology, and the initiative of the Arab Program for Artificial Intelligence Applications, in partnership with a group of international investment companies, which will support… These initiatives are digitization efforts and Arab digital infrastructure, and enable comprehensive access to advanced artificial intelligence technologies in the Arab region.
A large number of government officials in the Arab region, an elite group of leaders in the private sector, and international experts will participate in the conference sessions in the main themes of the conference, which include digital banking services, digital identity, financial technology, digital currencies, electronic and digital payments, e-commerce, and the digital sector.
