The Arab Federation for Digital Economy commended the UAE’s launch, in cooperation with the United States, of the first phase of the UAE-US Artificial Intelligence Park in Abu Dhabi, with a capacity of 5 gigawatts. The Federation considered the project a pioneering model for strategic partnerships with developed countries aimed at accelerating digital transformation and localizing future technologies.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, officially launched the project as part of a broader vision aimed at harnessing advanced technologies to serve sustainable economic, human, and environmental development.
The project is located in Masdar City in Abu Dhabi, a global center for innovation and clean technology, and represents a qualitative step in strengthening the UAE’s position as a global destination for investment in artificial intelligence and supercomputing, in addition to its pivotal role in knowledge transfer and human capacity building.
