The Arab Federation for Digital Economy awarded the Federation’s Appreciation Shield to the Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity, His Excellency Ambassador Mohammadi Ahmed Al-Ni, during an honoring ceremony held as part of the Seamless Middle East 2025 conference at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The honoring came in recognition of Ambassador Al-Ni’s pivotal role in supporting the Arab Federation for Digital Economy and enabling its joint initiatives aimed at promoting digital economic integration in the region. The Federation commended his efforts in providing institutional and strategic support, which helped establish a clear roadmap for developing the Arab digital economy and achieving tangible progress in joint programs.
The Federation emphasized that Ambassador Al-Ni’s efforts are not limited to general support, but extend to encouraging Arab governments to adopt digital transformation tools as a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development, which aligns with global development goals and the accelerating technological transformation.
His Excellency Engineer Atef Helmy, Chairman of the General Assembly of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, presented the honorary shield to His Excellency Ambassador Mohammadi Ahmed Al-Nuaimi, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Khouri, Chairman of the Federation’s Board of Directors. The ceremony was attended by a select group of officials and representatives from the public and private sectors. The ceremony was held as part of the Seamless Middle East 2025 Conference and Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Center.
