His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Khouri, President of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, held a meeting with His Excellency the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the United Arab Emirates, during which they discussed prospects for cooperation between the Federation and the Chinese side, and reviewed a number of projects and initiatives that the Federation is working to develop in cooperation with Chinese investors and companies.
The meeting addressed the ROVARA project, which specializes in robotics, and the robotic solutions it provides that are applicable in a number of Arab and regional sectors and markets, in addition to exploring opportunities for cooperation with Chinese companies in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced technology, and digital transformation.
The two sides also discussed opportunities to expand the partnership between the Federation and Chinese institutions and companies, and to attract Chinese investments and technologies to digital projects in the Arab region, in order to support the building of joint technological solutions and open new horizons for Arab-Chinese cooperation in the digital economy.
The meeting emphasized the importance of continued communication between the two sides to develop practical initiatives and projects that combine Chinese expertise and technologies with opportunities available in Arab markets.
