The “Arab Vision for the Digital Economy” was adopted at the Arab Leaders Summit in Algeria in 2022, as a guiding reference and strategic roadmap for Arab countries in the areas of digital transformation and sustainable development.
The document covers vital areas including infrastructure, policies and legislation, the digital economy, human capital, and digital governance, and is based on proven global models that take into account Arab specificity and the requirements of the stage.
