Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs)
The Federation uses Memoranda of Understanding as institutional instruments to structure cooperation with regional and international partners. These agreements provide a formal framework for collaboration in areas such as joint project implementation, data and knowledge exchange, and support for digital transformation across the Arab world. MoUs form a key component of the Federation’s institutional infrastructure to broaden its operational reach and deliver tangible impact.
