Arab Digital Economy Vision
The Arab Digital Economy Vision is a foundational reference document issued by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, developed in collaboration with over 100 international and regional entities.
The Vision was officially endorsed by the Arab Leaders’ Summit held in Algiers in 2022, serving as a strategic roadmap and guiding framework for Arab countries in the realms of digital transformation and sustainable development.

The document addresses critical pillars, including infrastructure, policy and legislation, the digital economy, human capital, and digital governance. It is grounded in proven global models that have been adapted to reflect Arab-specific contexts and the developmental needs of the region.
