With the announcement of landmark initiatives to open new frontiers in European digital sovereignty, including a €200 billion pledge for artificial intelligence and an unprecedented focus on quantum computing, cloud computing, semiconductors, and data storage, there is a sense of determination across the continent to reimagine the status quo and reshape critical technology infrastructure.
