The President of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy is briefed on the latest robotics and artificial intelligence technologies at the Chinese company “Unitree”.

His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Khouri, President of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, visited the headquarters of Unitree Robotics in Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China, and was briefed on the company’s latest advancements in smart robots, artificial intelligence systems, and advanced robot-based applications in various economic and service sectors.

The visit included a field tour of the company’s facilities and showroom, during which His Excellency listened to an explanation about the technologies developed by the company, the research and development system, and the most prominent practical applications of robots in the fields of industry, services, education, and logistics sectors, in addition to reviewing a number of modern models developed by the company.

His Excellency Counselor Dr. Ali Mohammed Al-Khouri held a meeting with Mr. Ackles Chen, the co-founder of Unitree, and a number of company officials, during which they reviewed possible areas of cooperation in projects that the Arab Federation for Digital Economy is working to implement, particularly initiatives related to robotics and artificial intelligence applications in the Arab region.

The meeting also addressed mechanisms for utilizing the company’s technical expertise and exploring opportunities for cooperation in developing innovative solutions that support the implementation of projects that the Federation intends to announce during the next phase, in line with the objectives of the Arab Vision for the Digital Economy and the priorities of digital development in the Arab region.
