• individuals or institutions, including students of all academic institutions and also researchers can apply for this award.
• The participation file must be submitted by the applicants themselves.
• All accepted works are considered as the intellectual property of the award, and applicants will not retain any intellectual property rights after the submission.
• It is required that the submitted materials have not won a similar competition, or been submitted to obtain a university degree, and that it has not been previously published in newspapers, blogs or on websites, and that it has not been submitted at the same time to another competition or award.
• Any work that is in violation of the terms or any work that is incomplete shall be excluded.
• The research must be submitted on time and in Arabic or English.
• The application or award will be canceled if it is proven that one of the submitted evidence or documents is incorrect.
