The Arab Federation for Digital Economy held a meeting on 13 January 2020 in Abu Dhabi. This meeting was held to follow up on the progress of the project of Arab digital economy index, the meeting was also to discuss the latest updates in preparation for the official launch of the index.

The meeting was attended by H.E. Dr. Ali Mohamed Al-Khouri, Chairman of Arab Federation for Digital Economy, and Dr. Hesham Dinana, advisor to the federation and the federation work group.

From his side, H.E. Dr. Ali Al-Khouri said: “The Arab digital economy index is one of the initiatives resulting from the Arab vision for digital economy, it’s considered one of a kind, regionally and globally, considering the fact that there is no specialized index that covers all components of a digital economy worldwide so far.”
