A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, the Arab Administrative Development Organization, and the Association of Arab Universities – with the aim of cooperating in creating and launching an Arab digital platform for education and training, and as part of the Arab Digital University initiative announced in 2020.

The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Nasser Al-Hatlan Al-Qahtani, Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization, and His Excellency Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities, and His Excellency Dr. Ali Mohamed Al-Khouri, Advisor to the Council of Arab Economic Unity, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation for the Digital Economy.

Details of this digital platform are expected to be announced in early 2022.
