Honoring the participants in the development of the Arab digital agenda

During the activities of the Arab Digital Economy Forum, the Arab Union for the Digital Economy honored the participants in preparing the Arab digital agenda, which is being developed within the framework of the Arab League, in cooperation with the United Nations ESCWA, the Arab Union for the Digital Economy and representatives of Arab governments.

The honorees included shields of appreciation,  Dr. Khaled Wali, Minister Plenipotentiary, Director of the Communications and Information Development Department at the League of Arab States, for his distinguished efforts in the Arab Digital Agenda project and the ICT strategy.

The Arab Digital Agenda aims to enhance digital cooperation and digital development in Arab countries by charting paths to maximize the developmental benefit offered by ICT in the social and economic fields and digital networks as vital media for social and economic activities, stimulating innovation and economic growth and improving the quality of life in the Arab region.
