The Seamless Middle East 2026 exhibition in Dubai highlighted the rapid transformations taking place in the payments, trade and digital services sectors, with a prominent presence of artificial intelligence applications and robotic devices among the solutions presented by participating companies and institutions.
The exhibition witnessed a tour by a number of senior guests and participating delegations, during which they were briefed on a wide range of technologies used in digital payments, financial technology, e-commerce, retail, banking and logistics, as well as new applications of artificial intelligence in operations management, data analysis, customer service and decision making.
During the tour, artificial intelligence applications emerged in the areas of direct interaction with customers, analysis of usage and purchasing patterns, risk management, and improvement of operational processes, in addition to systems that use data in real time to increase response speed and accuracy of services.
Robotic devices also attracted the attention of visitors, with displays of models used in public interaction, support services, logistics operations, and commercial environments, indicating the widening scope of robot use outside traditional industrial environments and their greater entry into the service and retail sectors.
The exhibits showed a clear trend towards combining artificial intelligence with daily operating systems, so that algorithms become part of managing payments, inventory, customer service, and business and logistics operations, which changes the way companies operate and redefines the relationship between technology and operational processes.
In the payments sector, companies presented solutions aimed at accelerating transactions and simplifying payment steps, along with technologies related to fraud detection, transaction verification, and linking payment systems to commercial platforms and banking services.
In the trade and retail sector, submissions focused on solutions that use artificial intelligence to analyze demand, manage inventory, personalize offers, and improve operational efficiency, along with applications that link physical stores, online platforms, and logistics services within a single operating system.
This increased presence of artificial intelligence and robotics comes at a time when companies in the region are looking for practical applications that can boost productivity, reduce operating costs, improve customer experience, and provide greater capacity to handle increasing volumes of data and transactions.
Seamless Middle East 2026 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 22 to 24, organized by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy and Terrapinn, with broad participation from officials, experts, business leaders and companies working in financial technology, payments, digital commerce, artificial intelligence and technical services.
The exhibition gives visitors, investors and decision-makers a direct opportunity to follow the technologies that are currently entering commercial use, and to learn about the areas in which companies are investing in payments, artificial intelligence, robotics, and digital trade and services.
