He noted that the Arab vision for the digital economy covers large areas of business sectors, starting from the infrastructure and legislation necessary to possess an effective integrated environment, to enable the optimal use of digital technologies, passing through possessing the ability and environment that supports creativity, innovation and the knowledge industry, and provides balanced treatments between government services and their role versus role.
