Al Khouri added to Al Shorouk that technology and innovation are essential elements for achieving green change. When we mention technology, we mean the ability to meet the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their technological needs.
He continued: “To achieve this, we must shift to a lifestyle that relies on renewable energy, utilize resources efficiently, and reduce waste. Innovation, on the other hand, is the process that contributes to developing new and innovative solutions to the challenges we face. In the context of green change, innovation aims to develop new technologies and systems that operate efficiently and are environmentally friendly.”
