The first China-Arab Digital Dialogue , organized by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy in Hangzhou as part of the Global Digital Trade Fair GDTE 2026 , witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Federation and the Digital Communication Group (DCG) , aimed at developing cooperation in the field of digital education and training and supporting the development of the Arab platform Edu4Arab .
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ayman Mukhtar Ghoneim on behalf of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy , and by Mr. Li Sun on behalf of the DCG Group , in the presence of a number of education and technology leaders and experts participating in the event, as part of a group of agreements and initiatives witnessed by the China-Arab Dialogue in Hangzhou.
The agreement comes as part of the Federation’s direction to develop the digital education and training platform, and to expand its content, technical capabilities and the scope of its beneficiaries, through building partnerships with universities, educational institutions and technology and content providers, and taking advantage of the rapid developments in digital education technologies and artificial intelligence.
The collaboration with DCG aims to leverage its expertise in digital publishing technologies, the development of interactive educational content, and digital solutions related to education , enabling the study of developing more advanced forms of digital content, improving the learning experience, and supporting the delivery of educational and training programs that are widely accessible across Arab countries.
This collaboration represents a step in a broader path through which the Federation seeks to build a system that not only provides traditional educational content online, but also works to develop a more interactive and flexible digital learning experience that takes advantage of modern technology in delivering and managing content and tailoring learning paths according to the needs of learners and institutions.
